2025 Spring State Legislative Efforts and the FMMA Spring Conference

The spring 2025 state legislative season has begun. As I learn about states attempting to pass direct primary care defining legislation or DPC pilot programs I will plan to update this post with these details below.

If you are looking for a conference to attend this spring consider attending the Free Market Medical Association Meeting in Oklahoma City. I will be speaking at the FMMA 2025 Annual Conference, where forward-thinking physicians, employers, public sector leaders, and benefits experts will meet to discuss driving healthcare transformation. Together, we’re building a transparent, affordable, and outcome-driven direct care ecosystem. April 9–11, Oklahoma City, Omni Hotel. Proud to sponsor this game-changing event! Wisconsin has Assembly Bill 5 and Senate Bill 4. These bills are helpful and deserve broad support. A history of prior legislative efforts is summarized nicely in this write up in the Wisconsin Examiner.

Please post below or send me an email (PHIL@dpcfrontier.com) if your state has a DPC bill that should be mentioned here.
